I have called this number 4 times First person said she would check for a grill and call me. Never heard from her again. 2nd person searched while I was on the phone and couldst's find a grill to fit so he transferred me to the sales department. This lady was very abrasive and when I expressed my frustration she hung up on me. I tried once more and this time the lady said she would do some research and send me an email with some choices. So far I have not heard from her again. I am beginning to believe that Houzz needs a makeover in the support and sales departments
