Pass through window

I would like to create a pass-through window like this at my beach house, ideally with the same granite used for kitchen countertops run through it and extended to the exterior pull-up bar. What window did you use for the pass through? Is there no window sill? Does it have screens? How is it sealed against the elements? What would keep the rain out when the north wind is blowing 40 knots? How did you compensate for the shortage of wall cabinet storage when 6' is dedicated to this pass through? Any other practical information you can share? With gratitude.

This is a 4x8 Pella Door, we custom made our own sill. It does not have a screen. If rain was to blow in we would close it but we have not had that problem. No shortage of storage in this kitchen! Thanks for looking!

Wright-Built, what hardware did you use to keep the Pella door open?

Any reason the window/door swings in rather than out?

The door came form Pella (woodardpl@pella.com). It is 4x8 and it is sealed with a garage door seal I bought at Lowes. The gas springs came from http://www.lstechnologies.ca/. I have a gate latch that attaches to the door and into my countertops with pad locks to keep door secure.
