2 LED lighted mirrors over a 72" vanity. Do I need 3 sconces?

We are remodeling and will be installing the 72" Graydon Shagreen double Vanity from RH

I was going to purchase two 24"x32" dimmable lighted medicine cabinets

Since the mirrors have LED lights and we will have overhead canned lights, do I need 3 wall mounted sconces (as shown in RH) ? If not, am I purchasing the incorrect sized mirrors - should they be wider (ceilings are less then 8ft)? How many wall sconces would you do or how would you space things? Im just as worried about aesthetics as I am function.
