My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Today's gamble..

I do not know if i was sane but i started grafting today. It is a bit early. The sionwood had a bit of a delay arriving and had to go through some extreme temp's before i got it delivered. Did not know the condition but it appear o k.
