    No the Pioneer 4MT840 is not Pressure Balanced.

    My plumber says if it isn't pressure balanced/anti-scald it doesn't meet current code (at least here in Florida) Is there some way this unit manages to get around that? Also does the valve or control handle have a divert to shower function?
