Small master walkin closet versus custom wardrobe system

Wondering what peoples thinking around a small walkin closet versus a custom wardrobe system. If I removed the wall between the master bedroom and the closet - which holds a pocket door, I could put an L-shaped wardrobe system with mirrors on the doors creating a dressing area. I could then do a drawer system under the window and carry out to where I have our electric fireplace now. Thoughts?
