We have just bought a house and moved in. We found out our "right" neighbor opens the door for their dog and it comes right to our backyard to poop and they dont pick it up! so our back yard is full of dog shit!

We have a Steamer Drain Easement on the left of our backyard so not sure if we could add a fence on this side (which is okay for us, since our dog problem is on the other side), and we have woods on the back.

Anyone has experienced adding a fence only to one side of the property?
