That's beautiful! Looks like it's very happy with how you're taking care of it. I wouldn't put it in a bigger pot unless you know for sure that the roots have overgrown its current one.

It should survive the transplant.

They grow quicker outdoors in summer to fill the pot but as long as you have a warm bright area to grow in, it should do fine.

I went from these Jiffy pellets of Bashful Bandit wedge cuttings last Feb 22

and 3 different rexes a couple of days later

To this full grown pot on Oct 14, 2017 just by moving from a pellet to a 3 inch pot and finally to this 10x10 square pot.
