This flooring is Oak with a wax finish.

It may be wax over stain. They look amazing!!

Yes, they are stained with a custom blended stain, as per clients preference, and finished with wax. Thanks.

We stained the floor with one part of ebony and one part of neutral (Dura Seal Quick coat) and finished with OSMO Hardwax Oil. Napervillehardwood.com.

I LOVE this entire kitchen and especially the floors. Is it engineered hardwood? The way you finished it is it safe with water and pets? Is it possible to get this look with a wood vinyl laminate? If so, please recommend make and model. We go to our design center on January 5th. We are building a beautiful Fulton home in Queen Creek, AZ with an extended kitchen. I'm having a hard time knowing if I should go glacier white cabinets or divinity .. please advise.

Hello Vicki Schomaker, I would suggest you show your designer or builder this picture and have them help you choose a laminate flooring from a local supplier in AZ that can best replicate this look. Good luck with your project!
