I bought a very nice, well built, all wood corner cupboard on Craig's List. I was very happy with my purchase until I opened the glass doors on top and was hit with ''the smell''. They are two solid pieces of slight curved glass to give it that 'antique feel'. There are no small panes. It appears these pieces of glass are held in place by cylinders of brown wax. They are each about two inches long and not as large as a Crayola Crayon. Not only are several falling out, they reek!! I'm having a problem finding something to use for a replacement. The gap is quite large. I found some pliable, brown insulation clay stuff, but I'm afraid it won't hold well. Any suggestions?
