My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the basic layout of the upstairs?

I am working on a similar home and i am trying to fit 2 rooms and a bathroom. What did you use the upstairs space for?

      We have 4 bedrooms (1 over the top of the garage) and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Approximately 1300 sq ft on the 2nd floor in total
