Unfortunately, painting the trim
Is out of the budget. The entire house is covered in this color trim, including doors, blinds, window casings and decorative beams.

You're cabinets look lovely, I would recommend keeping them and painting the trim, even if in't throughout your house you could still change it. You could paint it yourself and it wouldn't be hard at all. Also wouldn't have to do that whole house if you didn't want to, just start with whatever you can see in the kitchen.

Get the trim paint color matched and then lighten it up and use that color to paint cabs.

Looks like the wall paint (at least on my computer) looks either a cool blue or gray which makes your trim look yellow to you. If you are looking for a new cooler scheme with white cabinets you will have to paint your trim a cooler white or repaint the walls a better color to go with the trim which looks like a very creamy white.

I️ ended up using SW Anew Grey and I️ don’t even notice the trim! I would like to darken the walls a bit but hardly even notice the trim!

It is called fantasy brown. It’s pretty common in most granite stores but I️ think I lucked out with a very unique piece!
