Hi! I do not like the back splash options offered by the builder on my new condo build. I have asked them if they could leave the space empty and I could do it after the fact and they agreed that it would be fine.

The area for the back splash is small (only 30 sqf). I have priced out some tile just not sure about labour at this point.

Is this a uncomplicated job overall or am I asking for trouble?
