Hi Minoo-

Did you notice that the table weighs 367 lbs?

How do you propose moving it to clean your floors?

A few things to keep in mind

-Yes, marble is prone to stains and scratches. You can try to avoid this but it will happen, so if you go for that just accept it and embrace it. It gives it character, although not everyone can live with it

-That table is super heavy. Make sure your floor can support it (some tile may crack), and you'll have a hard time moving it.

-When you order a premade marble table top you never know the quality of marble you are getting.

It looks like a beautiful table, but marble does require additional thought and care so think carefully

Marble is porous and heavy. I suggest you look at faux marble ...there are some good ones out there

By the sounds of things, marble really isn't a good option. I'm really stuck on what material to choose as the table top. The table will be used for all meals, and even as a place for working on a laptop etc.
