Design Dilemma Bathrooms

Bathroom vanity and awkward window

We ripped out a massive wall to wall cabinet in a small bathroom. A window covers about 40% of the wall on the left (window is covered by door frame in the picture). Should we put single sink on right- centered between window and wall OR put in 2 sinks with left mirror over window?

if you don't need two sinks, then why ask? is it because of resale? I would rather you put in a larger, single sink, and take advantage of the nice window and extra countertop.

My thought was the same as Beth's then. If you don't need two sinks, a longer, trough style sink with two faucets would be a nice alternative or just a larger single undermount.
