My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need advice with garage remodelling

Hi - I'm looking to remodel and convert my garage into an in-laws unit. The garage size is 20 ft x 24 ft. Two questions: 1) Any estimate for how much it will cost? (the garage is really old. no insulation. roof needs to be replaced. location: SF Bay area) 2) Any suggestions/pointers to good design layouts worth looking at?
