I am building a mother in law suite which will be, due to space constriction a separate dwelling from the main house and will be built on the other side of the pool a large garden area. Due to county legalities it cannot exceed 950 square feet (45 x 21). it is my intent to work with colored concrete and glass and to be as green as possible... Ideally I would love to do 2bdr/2bath or one Bdr/ 1.1/2 bath. I am having a hard time finding decent blue prints for a smaller place. Any suggestions to enhance this construction would be greatly appreciated
