I am having the same problem. I considered removing the app and reinstalling it but when I went to delete the app there was a pop-up message that said something about losing my data. I have tons of Ideabooks, etc from over the years and I don’t want to lose them. Will that happen if I remove the app on my ipad?

I am having the same problem. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, but it didn’t help. The Houzz logo comes up for a moment, then it goes to a blank screen. This has been going on for about 2 weeks

I have an ipad that I would like to instal the houzz app on. When I attempt to download from the app store I receive a message that the ipad is not compatible with the app. What are the system requirements? ipad specs are: 12.8GB, 8.5GB available, version 9.3.5 (13G36), Model: MC769LL/A. Would love to use this app on my ipad : )

Hi Heather, Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, it it is an older device and operating system, it is possible that the current app is not compatible with it. You should still be able to access the site using the web browser on your device though.

The current requirement for the app is iOS 11.0 or later

If you are able to update your iPad to at least that iOS, you should be able to use the app. (The current iOS version is actually 12.1.2.
