Are you certain that's a fan and not just a mobile? Do you have a pic of the ceiling? There is something odd about the blade angle for that to be a fan.

The designer is Bobby McAlpine and the cabinet in the photo is his collection through/with McRae Designs. Didn't find the fan, though.

Yes Bobby McAlpine & crew. There are lots of 2 blade fans on the market, but the motors are usually at the blade location. It just looks too heavy with that location for the motor.

It looks like it could be a Fanimation Brewmaster with a longer downrod, but the motor and pulley would be just out of view.

McAlpine is on Houzz as well. Perhaps message the firm?

Love the pulley & belt fan, but I was finally able to get to hear one running. Fanimation warns that it makes noise -- and it does. Just a regular tick-tick-tick as the metal connector on the belt touches the pulleys. I might be fine in a noisy space (bar or restaurant), but I decided it would drive me crazy in my living room.

The good people at Fanimation have directed me to the Woolen Mill Fan Company which produces this fan.
