    And was the paint on the kitchen cabinets sprayed on or brushed? I'm trying to decide between the two techniques now. Thank you!

    It was brushed. Satin Impervo again. The brush makes it look and feel more traditional.

    I like the drama between the white cabinets and dark flooring. Very crisp. I think you should go with a color in a light tone that you like on the walls not on the cabinetry. I suggest SW Dutch Tile or something lighter just to smooth out the crispness. But I like the white all over. You have some dishes on the shelves by the window. Is there a color in those you like?
