You need to post this over on the Rate & Review Vendors forum. You might also want to include a link to their website as Google pulls up 6 or 8 different sites with that name.

I too had trouble with this supplier. I had tried to contact the company to see about my internet order but got no response after several tries and many weeks of waiting, so I canceled the credit card payment - yes my payment had gone through lickity split. I finally got the seeds in the mail which led to a problem with my credit card co which was finally cleared up several months later. I posted my experience with a review on another forum and got berated by another member who is a tomato grower and seed supplier who thought I was out of line for posting a terrible review of a small seed supplier ( and I certainly won't be purchasing from him either) . I run a small business too and I think this is an atrocious way to treat your customers. I want to caution anyone else who is considering purchasing from Renaissance.
