Outdoor Wall Art?

Hi!

We recently moved in and are closing up the window the left of our outdoor slider so that we can mount our tv in our living room. (There are plenty of windows and light). Our concern is that we will no longer have symmetrical windows when you look at house from our backyard. I will say that it is rare that we would be looking at the back of our house because our backyard is fairly narrow and really t would just be if we were on the other side of the pool. Note we are painting our house a lighter shade of white (ballet white).

Questions:

1) Should we just stucco over where the window was? Or
2) Should we put up some sort of wall art that is the exact same size of the window after we close it off to help keep the symmetry? I was thinking of perhaps doing a tile mural or spanish tile. I saw a wall with tiles yesterday that might work (see picture-not necessarily those colors). The house has a bit of a spanish style flair on the exterior but the prior owners didn’t really develop this. As you can see the pool landscaping is more tropical. I also thought we could do a wall mounted water fountain on top of a rectangular tile shape, but am not sure it is the right space for a fountain as it is sort of between the pool area and the bbq/outdoor dining area and I think fountains are more common for courtyards. What do you think? Any other wall ideas? Color suggestions?

Thanks!!!
