I found laminate flooring at a local Floor and Decor store that looks nice, has a long warranty, 12mm thick and is only $1.30/sq. ft.

I am skeptical of this low price on flooring that supposedly has all of the right attributes of "quality" laminate. It is Hampstead Brazilian KOA:

Does anyone have experience with this brand?

The floor will be going in 3 bedrooms.

If not, can you recommend decent laminate around $1.50 per sq. ft.?
