My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The chairs seem to be the Poul Kjaerholm PK 22 Easy Chair. This particular model is steel and leather. You can get it at Hive modern.

How comfortable are they considering they are very low to the ground?

LInda, The PK22 Easy Chair looks very low, but it is not extremely low: the seat height is 13.8" compared to 18" , which is the standard seat height. Given the design, this chair is actually a comfortable chair that has the added benefit of working beautifully in small spaces as it takes very little visual space. Hope this helps!
