Fireplace trouble

So this is my issue, I just moved into an new place with the sane furniture and the fireplace is really messing me . The problem is you can't hang the TV over the fireplace. So I heard and read all the horror stories. So my options are, put the TV on the left side of fireplace or TV on the right side. As you can see the TV being on the right of the fireplace there's a little area for it but my TV is curved and it looks like it's too big for the space (65"). The TV will have to stick way out in order to see the whole TV. And I would have to push the loveseat all the way to the walk which will make the couches overlap. If I put the TV on the left of the fireplace I feel like it's in no man's land and off in thtththis space that should before dining area or at least some chairs at the island. I don't know what to do with the couches. If he love seat next to the window it will be too far away to see the TV. I'm trying to figure this out before I buy a new TV stand I'm either going to buy a corner TV stand or a new regular TV stand.

will show pictures of both any suggestions would be appreciated.
