Same thing happened to me. I have 7 lines and used 4 DIFFERENT codes and so far 2 orders have cancelled.

My orders got cancelled too! #Tmobiletuesday If the codes were invalid, why did you process it and send me an order confirmation? Disappointed.

Hi all, as I said above, only orders that were submitted over the limit of one use per code should have been cancelled. (One use per code was part of the terms stated on the promotion.) If that is not the case for you, definitely reach out to our team through support.houzz.com for help!
