Thanks! Alaska is only about 2-3 years old here so it’s stil new, but doing very well in the shade here.

I have a huge soft spot for white azaleas.

Do you know ones work well there in Sarasota? Alaska is beautiful in full bloom here and does really well in my NorCal inland climate, but it does get brown and stay on the bush so that’s not the greatest. I just bought Purity, so I’m not sure if that one is the same.

Purity does seem to stand up to the rain and have less aging blooms that hang on. It’s new for me though, so only this one season to compare so far. Here’s Purity now. It has a tinge of green to the blooms, which I like. Not as many older, browning blooms hanging on.
