Looking for advice from better gardeners than myself !

I've 3 x indoor plants from the yucca family that are struggling.

Please see attached pictures (current state).

With initial advice from the large plant nursery, we purchased and they started well for the first 3 monthsth the plants thriving and only loosing the occasional leaf.

From 4th month onwards all 3 x plants look to be dying, each loosing 5+ leaves every few days and the stems of the new leaves turning black on 1 of them.

We haven't fertilised at all (since re-potting back in Oct 17).

Pretty sure we watered too much for the first few months but have almost stopped watering now keeping the drought tolerant plants quite dry. Think this is where the issue is?!?!?!

A moisture meter is used (see picture attached) and we try to keep all areas of the pots at the dry/moist (2.5-3.5) mark.

There's plenty of natural light (all plants are 5meters from huge sun facing windows)

There is a constant air-conditioning of the office sitting at 21degrees celcius all day everyday.

We use these plants to enhance our business culture and office look.

Do I water more or less ?

Time to fertilise ??

PH a factor ??

Just never going to survive indoor ???

really open to suggestions and questions as I do not like having plants die !

(and they are expensive!)
