Hey folks!

Here is what our current tv situation looks like;

The screen is hung on an extendable and twisting wall hanging frame so this way it kind of balances out between the two walls.

I don't like the setup under it though. Before, with a smaller tv which we placed on top of these units, and had them against the wider wall, it all looked fine. We just turned the tele sideways for viewing from the sofa.

Now, I've looked at various corner consoles and they are either too high or too bulky looking. Our style is mostly minimalistic. The cabinets underneath house a playstation and controllers in one, DVDs and boxes containing USBs, socket converters and misc adapters. The drawers contain some more controllers, and batteries and random things.

As I've not found a solution myself that looks good, does not overwhelm the space and still offers some level of discreet storage, I am turning to you my dear Houzzers. Can you help?
