Attached are 3 plans of kitchen/dining/family room. Each has its' own merits but I am not sold on any of them 100%. Some info that might help:
1. Window and French doors are existing (facing west) but could be changed.
2. Double line in family room represents wood beam in vaulted ceiling. That area is on slab. The other double line represents the wall that was recently torn down and post(s) will have to be erected for support. This area is under small basement and has regular ceiling height.
3. Open to suggestions and/or modifications.
