My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does the hardwire option include the cord?

I just wanted to be sure that if I specify the hardwire option it will come with the cord and the exposed wires at the end so I can hardwire it into my existing junction box in my ceiling. Also, do you additionally sell the canopies and could you provide a link? Thank you!

    All of our lamp fixtures come standard with 8-feet of cording in the color of your choice. The "pendant" and "hardwire" versions just refer to whether there is a cord plug installed or not. For the hardwire option, a Ceiling Canopy Kit is not included, but is available separately on HOUZZ at the following link: [CEILING CANOPY KIT[(https://www.houzz.com/products/ceiling-canopy-kit-unfinished-brass-prvw-vr~17285598)
