Are these floors glazed porcelain, they look like wood? It seems to be what a lot of people are putting in the kitchens...

Its a prefinished, handscraped, 4 side bevel, likely engineered floor. Could be Black Walnut with a heavy stain. Character Grade.

Looks like hand scraped wood. There is too much variation in the planks for them to be porcelain. With porcelain you will see multiple pieces that are the same
