Living Room Abyss

We are struggling to figure out what to do with this large wall in our living room (left of the fireplace). It’s on the east side of the house with limited direct sunlight so greenery options are a bit limited (love fiddle leaf figs). We have thought about a bookshelf or a wine bar/storage.

Thoughts? Thank you!

Center the artwork on the wall. That’s all you have to do.

Center the art piece and move the piano away from the wall a bit. It looks squashed in there. Don't add any more furniture there.

There is a ceiling light fixture in that room that was probably configured to provide good light for the dining room table. Can the fixture be rotated by 90 degrees so that one arm points towards the newly-centered art work? That will even out the light, and make it more suitable for the room's new configuration.

Another vote for simply, centering the artwork. Please don't clutter that space! The room looks so beautiful already!

I'm on board with centering the art on that wall, but I think the piano is too isolated from the seating. Have you tried to include it by placing the sofa facing the fireplace and the wing chairs where the sofa is? With the round table, the wings need to sit angled. If you like them straight, they need a square or rectangular table between them.
