Do I need to fill slab cracks before hardwood install??

Hello flooring pros! We are in the midst of a huge remodel caused by a water leak in our slab foundation. The leak was so extensive that it caused soil to wash away from one corner of the foundation, so piers were required to level it. All is good now with the foundation, but it was left some pretty good sized surface cracks where it sank. We are planning to install nail-down hardwood (over vapor barrier, plywood and tar paper) over almost all of the downstairs, including the affected area.

Now, my questions: do I need to fill those (or any surface cracks) before the floors go down? Was thinking of doing an epoxy crack repair deal, but not sure I would need to since there is wood subfloor and floor over the concrete. Any advice? Thanks in advance!!
