What is the size of the kitchen?

The fridge is next to the opening that goes to the family room, at the left of the U as you are facing into the U. The current dimensions are 11' x 9' but we are expanding 30" into the living room. Basically the the whole bottom part of the U is sitting in what now is the living room. So that makes it 11' x 12".
Here's another pic with the ceiling hidden. We are really constricted on space because of the sunken living and dining room. And the family room entrance in the corner is basically a nightmare. I tried a island but that puts the fridge next to the window. The window in this design is 50% larger than the existing window. Access to the corner cabinets is from the living room side. The oven can go under the cooktop or opposite the fridge. I could add an upper next to the fridge, but I'd prefer a pot rack, and we have tons of storage in the laundry room for the things we don't use every day. Thanks a lot for looking.

Hi ! I like it ! Think I would go for ovens under the hob for a good flow ! So is that a European style integrated fridge freezer and a broom cupboard next to it ?!? Looks like it possibly is ?!??! Then a slim depth double pantry on the other wall ?!?! Love the open shelves too !

It had better be a 24" deep refrigerator or that corner won't work.
