No just do the door and not the garage door. You don't want the garage door to be the focal point. The garage door should be the same color as the house.

What style is your home? Can you post a pic? The colors sound fine, but without taking into account the style its just a guess. The garage door is suppose to blend in with your siding and the front door is supposed to pop. :)

Here is a house with beige stucco and tile roof that was dressed up with a green front door and red and green trim. Your house may not be Spanish at all. But we could offer better suggestions if we saw what you see.
