That looks more like Vinca major variegata (Variegated Periwinkle) to me.

I don't recall having planted any, especially that many all in one area. They are getting bigger, hopefully it won't be too long before they reveal what they are.

As more leaves have come out, have they become somewhat more ovate or lanceolate? Have they developed some irregular serated leaf edges? The mealy cup sage that I have in my garden does not look quite the same as your photo above, but then, Salvia farinacea does show some variability in the foliage. I don't think my earliest leaves ever look quite the same as yours though, even allowing for the normal variability of their foliage. I'll look at mine in the garden today and see if I see a resemblance.

What do you think? I hope they are the Victoria Blue Sylvia I had last year, I just loved them. I also saved seed from the Laura Bush petunias I got from Dawn last year and I have some seedlings. I thought the two of them would be beautiful together.

Now that they are bigger and we see the leaf shape and serrated edges more clearly, I totally agree with you! I do think the combination of these with Laura Bush petunias will be stunning!
