Agreed with all of the above regarding the electrical work. That wall will be tricky as it will have existing electrical from the appliance circuits and/or refridge plus the gas line for the stove (assuming its gas), dishwasher, etc. Be prepared for the electrical contractor to potential move a large portion of the drywall so he can see what he is doing with the new wiring required for install. Replacing drywall will be much cheaper than repairing what's in that wall. If the electrician is not familiar with the AV wiring-- hire a separate AV contractor and ask them to work together on the project.
