It's a quartz material called Riverbed, and the manufacturer is called Silestone. Silestone is my favorite among the quartz materials because of their quality, color options, and convenience. We are in Scottsdale, AZ and we buy all of our Silestone from Cosentino.

BTW- It depends on the project, but in most kitchen applications I've found that purchasing the jumbo slabs saves money.
