Installing a 40" wide door what length rail would be correct to use?

    Thank you for your question. The track size should be double of the opening in order to be fully open. I assuming you have a 40 inches opening so you do need a 80 inches of track. 80 inches is 6.6FT so you can select size 6.6FT for your sliding door hardware kit.
