Help! Can't choose backsplash tile finish.

I finally decided on the backsplash tile for my kitchen but now can't decide on the sheen. I'm stuck. The tile will be a white stretch hex with a gray grout. My countertop is Sea Pearl Quartzite. I will have a lot of light by the time I am finished, including under cabinet lighting. The tile will cover the entire wall behind the range and partially up the wall around the sink with a white wood trim capping it off. I'm concerned with the shiny tile reflecting too much light as my countertops are polished. I also don't want to take away from the countertops as they were my "big ticket" item in my kitchen but I don't want to dull it down too much either. Attached are photos in various stages of the kitchen remodel which show what I am working with. Suggestions?
