My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Sunshade sail installation

We are trying to install sunshade sail with existing trees and to house. It is square shaped. We haven't figured out how to eliminate "sag" that acts as "pocket" when it rains. Any suggestions?

    My suggestion would be to make sure the sail is taught. This could be difficult to do if some of your anchor points are trees - which will bend and allow slack in the lines that hold the sail. I don't have much experience with sails - perhaps a local vendor or professional could give you more advice?
