How much tile do I need

I'm currently doing a 53 sq ft backsplash. What's the amount of tile I need? Thanks

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry and for considering our tile for your project!

If your project is 53 square feet, then you will require 53 square feet to cover the area. Contractors typically recommend ordering an additional 10% extra tile to account for waste that results for cutting the tile to fit into corners etc. 10% of 53 would be 5.3 square feet, so rounded to 5 additional square feet (a total of 58 square feet)

*Please keep in mind that this is up to your personal discretion. We advise you to check for your installers preferences if you have hired one for the project.

When you are on our products page, please use the drop down menu under the green 'Add to Cart' button to select the 12"x12" size option. (12"x12" is equal to 1 Square Foot). Each 12"x12" sheet of this tile has a mesh backing for ease of installation.
