Our house was built in 1935, and had been gutted, redone, and a second story added in the mid 90's. The previous owner, actually flipped the layout, so that the original dining room is now the kitchen and vice-versa. In doing so, to create a pantry, the door way to the exterior facing mudroom was sealed off. This created a little "shed" attached to the side of the house, which was, frankly, getting to be a junkyard. It is approximately 6x5, so not able to use as a sunroom or anything fun.

Cleaned it out, pulled the ceiling down, don't ask what was up in there! Pulled out the broken plastic windows, leaving one piece of original glass, which weighs a ton. We used plywood to replace the windows, so we can have some decent storage and shelving.

We are at this point today, and hoping to get it done this week. We find it helpful to have the kitty supervise all work!
