I have a 60"wx40"h picture in our living room with 16' ceilings - lighting the picture from ceiling/track lighting doesn't seem to be an option to get light to the picture, so it seems we are stuck with a picture light hardwired in to our electrical for the house. How far above the picture should we install the light? Thank you!!!
