Just a word of warning, check your municipality and/or POA lighting requirements before buying to be sure if night sky compliance is required not not. Take it from one who has been there. We had been so careful to follow the design guidelines, but the lighting at the end of the project was missed in the rush to completion. We were lucky and found a cost efficient solution, but for a while it looked like we were going to replace the lights entirely. We weren't alone in this about half the completed homes in our subdivision had the same problem.
