Tarragon Corian countertops are blue w/some white and gray in it? (Like that color.)

You might consider using the shade of gray in the countertop.

Do the oak cabinets have a light or dark finish?

they are a light oak , we were thinking a white with a touch of green ??

That sounds like a possibility. Greens look pretty with oak. I have a cream with a hint of beige with my oak kitchen. Pics in my "my pics" idea book. I have a "wood kitchens" idea book that includes some oak kitchens too.
