Test your water daily to maintain proper calcium hardness levels, pH and total alkalinity. It's very important to monitor this for 2 weeks. Brushing the surface for 2 weeks twice a day also. Run the filter 24/7.

You could swim after a couple of days provided levels are good. Go easy on the chlorine-use none for a few days plus if the weather/temps allow. I generally do not add chlorine for at least a week. Do not blast the heat any more than 80 degrees for at least 2 weeks. The plaster takes 28 days to fully cure and will cure about 60% in about 10 days. Excessive heat and improper water balance, will cause plaster failure which is not covered by the installer.
