My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This was a new project from ground up. We wanted it to appear from two eras of construction and ideally a re-purposed structure with infill program. Many aspects were salvaged from other locations for the project as well. After several years, it is still one of my favorite projects.
