My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am an architect in CA. and who love to know what colored concrete you used as the base and what the aggregate mix is. could you tell me what the aggregate is ? You did such a great job , would like to use this for a job I am working on . Thank you

    It was a two bag charcoal pigment mix for both the smooth and
    exposed aggregate. The exposed agg looks lighter because of the colour of the
    pebbles in the concrete being exposed.
